Sample, Eat, Stink

We went to the 5th annual Minnesota Garlic Festival today in Hutchinson, Minnesota! It was a wonderful time well spent with our friend Summer, Joe, Meghan and Toby!

There were lots of things to sample! Hailey is trying out some fresh yogurt!

Bo was a little bummed. He had a lot of fun, but the only thing he could sample was an animal cracker. Hopefully, someday, he can have a blast at an event like this!!!

There were also art projects. Hailey will tell you the lowlight of the day was the fact she didn't get to make a kite... But honestly, she still had a lot of fun decorating these spoons!

And we couldn't leave without pony rides! This little guy named Pooh Bear gave Hailey a nice ride around! She was really really excited about it!!! I'm pretty sure we'll be back next year though... We bought 2 pounds of garlic (I'm thinking we're planning on canning some?) (Ok, I hope) :) We also got some spicy mustard that is sort of like wassabi, garlic pesto and pickled garlic with habenaros! We do hope you come with us next time!!! Then we won't be embarrased how we smell afterwords!!!
